Custom Purchase Orders:
To use your own purchase order please ensure the following requirements are met and that you send your completed order to the information provided below:
- Must be a corporate PO
- PO must have a "bill
to" address
- PO must list contact person
in accounts payable, including phone number and e-mail
- PO must have a valid PO
number and signature of approval
- PO must contain an e-mail
address for the technical end user
- POs will be net 30 day
terms - POs must be paid within 30 days or late fees
may apply
